

About Me:
Oreoluwa Udofia is an Assistant General Counsel at GoDaddy, where she advises on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters. She has over 11 years of commercial transactions experience spanning multiple industries including non-profit, healthcare and software. Oreoluwa is also passionate about service and volunteering professionally. She currently serves as a member of the Arizona State Bar (the “Bar”) Council on Minorities and Women in the Law, and the Bar’s Technology Working Group.
Oreoluwa has a J.D & L.L.M with a concentration in Biotechnology & Genetics from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. She also has an M.B.A and a BSc in Biochemistry from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Oreoluwa’s passion for service also extends to her work with the Youth at her local church. She has served as a youth leader for the last decade and believes very strongly in giving the next generation; especially those with immigrant parents; the tools they need to succeed in all spheres of life including but not limited to spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
