

About Me:
Seth Osae-Aye is an executive at Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he leads the transformation and adoption of technology and process for enabling next generation digital customer engagement. Seth has over 20 years of corporate business experience spanning Commercial Finance, Pharmaceutical Sale and Marketing Management, Post-Merger integration and Commercial Operations. Seth’s passion for service and philanthropy has seen him volunteer in various community service, Food drives, and other social services arenas. He served as a Vice Chair of the Pentecost University College (PUC) Foundation, a non-profit organization with the mission of supporting students education at PUC in Ghana, He also served as Chairman of “Make Me Whole” Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on re-assimilating abused young women in Liberia back into society, and currently serves as Vice Chair of Rural Communities Development International Inc, (RCDII) also a non-profit organization focused on bridging societal gaps between rural and urban communities in Ghana. Seth was also the NJ Regional Secretary of the Youth and PENSA Ministry of COP, a position he proudly held for 10 years.
Seth holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, an MBA from Sloan School of Management at MIT, and a CSSBB in operational Excellence
